Timed Announcements Made Easy

The Multi-Messager USB is a programmable digital announcer that allows you to play timed voiced announcements on hold or over speaker systems. The Multi-Messager will play up to 99 MP3 files with near CD sound quality.

Use this player to add announcments over incoming background music source. If you already are using a background music source such as Music Choice, the Multi-Messager allows you to insert pre-recorded "thank you for holding" phrases at timed intervals.

Background music can be fed through the unit and when a message is triggered the built-in digital fader will fade down the music and play the selected message. After the message is played the background music will fade back up to its previous level.

How It Works

Plays timed announcements from a common USB flash drive (1GB drive included).

User-friendly operation: Simply remove the USB flash drive from the unit, and plug into the USB port of a computer. Audio files are a "drag and drop" transfer from the computer into the USB flash drive. Plug the flash drive back into the player for instant audio playback.

Control announcement timing intervals using switches on bottom of unit.
