Our Purchase Policy: Easy On Hold wants you to be satisfied. A no-cost demonstration production (up to one free demo per prospective customer, made at our discretion) may be provided to help you understand what to expect from your purchase. Please do not use the demo or any part of it for any other purpose. It's against the law. Purchased audio productions and credits toward future productions not yet created are ineligible for refund. Equipment purchases are eligible for exchange/refund within 30 days of the purchase transaction. Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer(s). Equipment provided at no cost through a sales promotion includes the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, but is ineligible for exchange or return or additional support.
