1. When you receive a music on hold audio message in .mp3 format, right click and save file to your desktop.
2. Remove the flash drive from the digital music on hold player and plug it into an active USB port on your PC.
3. Your computer may have AutoPlay engaged (see photo). This allows you to simply click to open the flash drive. Otherwise, you may open the drive using MyComputer. Delete the .mp3 file that is currently on the flash drive and replace it with your new .mp3 file.

Understanding Plugs And Connectors
Which Type Of Plug Connects Music On Hold?
All professional music on hold players sold by Easy On Hold use an RCA connection for the audio output. Introduced by the Radio Corporation of America (RCA) this plug is also known as cinch/av or phono (a term meaning phonograph, but too easily confused with phone, as in telephone).
Your Phone System May Use A Mini-Plug
The mini-plug, also known as eighth-inch or 3.5mm, may seem familiar, as it is commonly used on headphones. The Two black stripes on the plug shaft indicate that stereo signals can be carried by this cable.
Less common is the micro-mini plug, or 2.5mm plug. It is slightly smaller than a mini-plug and is sometimes, but rarely used to connect music to phone systems.
