If your phone is not part of a system, you are likely using an analog line (provided by your local telephone company). If this is the case, order the Skutch Adapter made for you phone brand and model. Call Easy On Hold for help locating the correct adapter. This adapter will activate the hold button on your phone, allowing the caller to hear your message, but does not play audio directly. Your hold music message audio plays from an external player, such as our Messager player, into the phones via your Skutch adapter.
1) Plug in the Music On Hold player and Skutch Adapter into an AC outlet. 2) Run your phone line from the wall jack, into the adapter, then into your phone. 3) Connect the audio cable from the Message On Hold Player into the adapter.
